Shipping Policies

LOCAL PICK UP

We offer free pickup for local orders. Simply enter “LOCAL” at checkout to waive any shipping fees and we will contact you via email when your order is ready.

US SHIPPING

All orders will leave our shop within 1-2 business days. If there is an expected delay on our end, you will be notified via email. We offer free domestic shipping for all orders over $100. USPS Priority Mail shipping is handled within 1-3 business days at a cost of $10. Union Market Mankato is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or for stolen or damaged packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Coming 2022: Please note that international shipping does not include any duties or taxes that you may be required to pay by your country upon arrival. If your order requires such additional charges, you will be required to pay them in order for your order to clear Customs. Please reference your local laws and regulations if you have questions. USPS First Class Package International shipping does not have tracking and insurance available. Shipping times vary by destination, typically 7-15 days. Cost is $25 USPS Priority Mail Express International includes tracking and insurance. Union Market Mankato is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or for stolen or damaged packages.

Return Policy

WE LOVE OUR SHOP ITEMS AND WANT YOU TO LOVE YOURS TOO. If something isn’t quite right, give us a shout.

We can exchange eligible items for a variable if we have it in stock.

We assure that we inspect items before they exit the shop, but if your items arrive defective or damaged, send us a pic at unionmarketmankato@gmail.com and we’ll proceed to either refund your payment or send terms of a replacement item.

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items if the item has been unworn, unwashed, undamaged and still has its tags on. After 10 days, unworn and undamaged items may be returned for store credit for up to 30 days.

Gift cards, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: If we feel that your garment is in less than ideal condition upon return, we reserve the right to decline a refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

If your refund seems late or missing and you’ve already checked your bank and credit card, please contact us at unionmarketmankato@gmail.com.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us. We recommend adding trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to your return shipment — we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
